Guarantees: All paper orders, no matter how small, are packaged in durable mailing tubes to ensure they arrive to their destination in the same pristine condition as when they were mailed. In the unlikely event that the condition or quality of the paper upon arrival is unsatisfactory due to an obvious shipping or packaging mistake, please contact Paper Circle through our contact form or by phone with (a) your order number, and (b) an itemized listing of the products that were damaged. If the package was damaged in shipping, all you have to do is take it the post office, and ask that they return it to us at their expense. We will be more than happy to re-send the item, refund your money, or issue store credit once the package is received. Note: From time to time we experience web bugs. If you encounter ANY problems at all when checking out or with shipping charges, please contact us so we can fix the problem as soon as possible! This will be – and has been – much appreciated. Checking out: If you are a new customer, once you have added items to your cart and try to check out, you will be asked to register. This radial button will be posted in red below “log in.” Please provide us with your information so we can process your order. We NEVER, ever share this information with anyone. If you are a returning customer all you have to do is log in with your registered user name. Our site is secure.
Domestic (USA) Shipping:
First Class: We discovered that first class mail, for lighter weight packages such as ours, is delivered in almost the same amount of time and with the same treatment as priority mail – at a tremendous savings to you. First class mail will not come with confirmation or insurance, however, your order is insured with Pay Pal!
Priority: We think that our customers are better off with first class, as the service is the same, with far less cost. However, we do provide Priority Express service via the United States Postal Service, which calculates all shipping-related costs during checkout based upon the mailing address information you provide. Delivery confirmation will be included in the price (confirmation is not tracking; it just will tell you when your order has been delivered to the post office)
International Shipping: We ship to Canada, Europe, Asia etc. NEW: You may now choose to ship first class, which is significantly cheaper than priority, or priority mail or Global Express. First class (the Post Office tells me) is taking close to the same amount of delivery time as priority mail to Europe (time being the only difference between those two services.) You cannot, however, get tracking or insurance on any method of shipping except Global Priority. We would be happy to ship registered mail out of the country, as it is cheaper, offers some degree of tracking and insurance. Registered mail, however, takes longer to arrive. Please do not hesitate to email us if you would like this option, until we are able to load it into the system. If you need information about these colors, or any color you see listed, again, just email us.
Handling: We charge a flat rate handling fee of five dollars per order to cover the cost of the mailing tube, labeling and packaging. It takes many steps to oversee your order. After processing it, we then choose your papers carefully and then hand-roll them (in white paper) as they are prepared for shipping. We walk each order to the post office, where we mail them to your specifications. When your order arrives, we assure you that it will have the feel of a superior product, and Paper Circle’s dedication to quality customer service.
